Refund and Return

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are sent. If your order has been paid for, and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us as soon as possible. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can not be canceled. In this case, you will need to wait for the product and return it to us after we send you the required information.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our # 1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or return for the products ordered if:

You do not receive them within the guaranteed time,
You receive the wrong item,
You do not want the product that you have received (the item must be in the original box).
