From the moment I unboxed the Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed Wireless Gaming Headset, I knew I was in for an extraordinary gaming journey. This headset is not just a piece of technology; it’s a game-changer in the truest sense.**1. Feather-Light Comfort:**Firstly, the 280g lightweight design is nothing short of revolutionary. Long gaming sessions can often lead to discomfort, but with the BlackShark V2, it almost feels like wearing air. The headset sits comfortably on your head, ensuring that your focus is entirely on the game, not on adjusting your headset.**2. Immersive Audio Experience:**The THX Spatial Audio is a marvel. It’s like having a high-end surround sound system right in your ears. The audio quality is crisp, clear, and balanced, allowing you to hear every detail in your game. From the subtle footsteps of an enemy sneaking up behind you to the roaring engines in a high-speed chase, the sound is so lifelike, it completely immerses you in your gaming world.**3. Crystal Clear Communication:**The bendable mic is another standout feature. It’s not just flexible; it’s also incredibly clear. Communication with teammates is flawless, with no background noise or interference. The mic picks up your voice with such clarity, it feels like you’re in the same room with your team.**4. Powerful Drivers for Dynamic Sound:**The 50mm drivers in this headset are a powerhouse. They deliver sound that’s not just loud but rich and nuanced. Whether it’s the subtle guitar strumming in a game’s soundtrack or the booming explosions in an action-packed scene, the audio quality remains top-notch.**5. Versatile Connectivity:**The options of 2.4GHz, Bluetooth, or USB connectivity make this headset incredibly versatile. Whether you’re gaming on a PC, console, or mobile device, the BlackShark V2 has got you covered. The seamless switching between devices is a huge plus, making it a great all-in-one headset for all your gaming needs.**6. Marathon Battery Life:**The 70-hour battery life is simply astounding. Knowing that your headset can last for days on a single charge is incredibly reassuring. And when you do need to power up, the USB Type-C charging is quick and convenient.**7. Sleek Aesthetic:**Lastly, the design and aesthetic of the headset deserve a mention. The sleek black look is stylish and professional, making it a great accessory for gaming setups and workstations. In conclusion, the Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed Wireless Gaming Headset is a masterpiece of gaming technology. It’s comfortable, offers exceptional sound quality, has a fantastic mic, versatile connectivity options, and a battery life that keeps you gaming for days. It’s not just a headset; it’s an indispensable tool for any serious gamer looking to elevate their gaming experience. Highly recommended!

I wear these all day, no problem for me- and I’m fussy about things being on my head. These grip well too despite feeling like a feather. Their as light as kraken vibration ones, but hold the ears better and can’t be shaken off my head too easily. The adjustment is easy too and I think is robust engineering and will last years.I use the box as a case and it works out for me. The charger port going into the cans has to be thin to work, so not all USBC cables will fit, but 2/3 of mine do.The sound is good, feels inside my head and slight head of my eyes. The app doesn’t work for me, but I don’t care. The cans have a few preset configs, but I don’t particularly use them. The mic is good for games, and it’s engineering is good and I can move it out of my mouths way if I need to and it’s good.10/10 buy these for low price, robust engineering, super lightweight (can’t overstate), and good grip on head. It’s like the lightest set that has the bare minimum respectable hold on my head.

Has great sound quality and mic for the price. But you need to use razer synapse software first. There’s two pairing methods one with 2.4ghz wireless, and the other is straight up bluetooth. To pair with the dongle (2.4ghz wireless): tap the pairing button twice, and then turn off bluetooth in windows sound settings (otherwise your audio will constantly pause, while trying to watch a video). This will allow you to use THX Spatial audio. To pair with bluetooth just hold down the pairing button for 5 seconds and your good. (sound quality isn’t as good using bluetooth only).Overall, product works fine, have had no issues. So I’m satisfied with my purchase.

After using Turtle Beach Stealths for years, I decided to try another brand. But this headset is awful for listening to music on, and I wont be using them anymore since my new Turtle beach stealth 700 3rd gen is on the way. Sorry Razer, but the audio quality isnt up to my standards. Other than that it has great battery life and is comfy, good mic quality and such. Maybe its good for talking on only or is good as a first headset for someone.

Well built, comfortable after flexing / breaking it in, incredible sound after configuring using Razers software. Great product for a great value.Only cons are nothing is ever loud enough, or maybe that’s just a part of getting old haha.Thank you!

Excelente headset!

A nice upgrade.
Update: I realized the small update on Synapse wasn’t enough, I went on the Razer site and got the updates for the dongle and headset. Out of the box it was at version 1.3 after updating both, both where at version 1.5. Headset works much better!!!!A quick google search for the update. 😊I was due for an upgrade and wanted a wireless option.( This headset also has a wired option which is pretty nice ) No complaints thus far. Had to update firmware on Synapse but nothing to complicated. Had to custom adjust the sound to my ears liking. Great audio. Mic works really well. Easy to use on Synapse. Over ear & comfortable. Mic isn’t detachable.Design is really nice! 😍. Lightweight.Bluetooth works great also!Fast shipping and box came on great condition!

Nothing Like Razer ManO’War Gaming Headset, Huge FAIL !
I bought the Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed to replace my aging Razer ManO’War. It’s volume control and wireless adapter are fading. I was able to replace the ear and headband pads a couple times to keep it alive. I used it mainly for monitoring playing guitar and watching videos on YouTube. The main reason I chose the Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed was for it’s ear and headband padding similar to the ManO’War. That’s where the similarity ended. The Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed doesn’t fully support working with MacOS. The sound volume output at 50% is barely audible. And the Mic is very weak and with poor recording quality. I didn’t like the wire frame connection between the ear pieces and the headband. I could have lived with that if the rest was good. Razer’s claim to fame has died, they don’t seem to care about functional quality and certainly do not care about Apple Mac users.I have switched to Corsair HS65 wireless headset. It fully supports MacOS and has software to customize EQ settings. The software also has a personalization feature that effectively makes the headphones like hearing aids. This is a huge benefit for hearing impaired users. Almost everyone’s hearing starts to degrade after age 60. They cost considerably less than the Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed, and have better audio and recording quality than my old Razer ManO’War headset.
